One way we do this is by signposting families to FISH – the Family Information and Services Hub, which brings together a wide range of helpful services, organisations and activities available across Hampshire.

FISH offers friendly, practical support to help parents and carers take positive steps for their child and their family. This includes help with:

• Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health.
• Key transition points, such as moving from primary to secondary school or on to post-16 education.
• Education, Employment, Training and Learning opportunities.
